Join us please!
This is the joining section for the UK-TNA forum. Use this section to give us your details. You will then receive by post our 'information pack' and an application form to fill in and return. Once this is done we will send you the UK TN patients contact list and keep you informed on any activity: meetings, updated contact list, any important information regarding TN. Joining the association is entirely free, but a donation will be a great help, to cover cost of postage and paperwork.
